Sofia Vergara Lowers Price on Beverly Hills Mansion to $18M
Actress Sofia Vergara is determined to sell her luxurious bachelorette pad in Beverly Hills. She has reduced the price of the recently renovated Tuscan-style villa by approximately $1.6 million, bringing it down from $19,600,000 to $17,995,000.
Even with the price adjustment, Vergara is still expected to make a profit. In 2014, over a year before her marriage to actor Joe Manganiello, she purchased this lavish 11,369-square-foot estate for $10.6 million.
Vergara embarked on a tasteful remodel of the mansion, with the guidance of renowned designer Jennifer Bevan. While maintaining the Tuscan-villa charm, the home was refreshed with white walls and black accents.
Santiago Arana of The Agency describes the estate as offering the ultimate Beverly Hills lifestyle, combining complete privacy with access to all the luxury the area has to offer. The attention to design detail throughout the home creates an atmosphere that feels more like a private resort than a residence.
In 2020, Vergara and Manganiello decided to upgrade and purchased a 17,100-square-foot palace on a 1.85-acre lot in the nearby Beverly Park area for $26 million. The stunning property was formerly owned by baseball legend Barry Bonds.
Although their new acquisition is larger, it’s hard to imagine it being more elegant than the one currently on the market.
