NBA Star Patrick Beverley Offers His Encino, CA, Home for Rent at $23K per Month

NBA star Patrick Beverley is still not ready to part ways with his California residence.

The outspoken guard was let go by the Los Angeles Lakers mid-season as the team underwent a complete overhaul during the trade deadline. In February, the three-time NBA All-Defensive Team member signed with the Chicago Bulls. In return, Beverley has recently put his luxurious Encino, CA apartment up for rent.

Listed at a staggering $23,000 per month, PatBev’s 5-bedroom apartment seems to have attracted potential tenants. The 5,264-square-foot mansion was built in 2020 and boasts a bright and open floor plan.

At 34 years old, he will transition to freelance work after the 2023 season with the Bulls.

Beverley has had an 11-season career in the league and is renowned for being a tenacious guard—and a formidable opponent. If he decides to continue playing, he will need to catch on with a new team this summer. If nothing pans out on the court, he might consider becoming a demand-driven sports talk show host.
