Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello Lower Price on Beverly Hills Estate

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello, the well-known celebrity couple, have relisted their Italian-style villa in Beverly Hills at a new lower price. After almost a year on the market with an initial asking price of nearly $20 million, the property is now available for just under $18 million.

Sofia Vergara, a Colombian-born actress and model famous for her role as Gloria in the TV series “Modern Family,” and her husband, Joe Manganiello, known for his role in “True Blооd,” purchased the property in winter 2014, just over nine years ago, for a significantly lower price. During their ownership, the couple undertook extensive remodeling of the premises in collaboration with Los Angeles-based designer Jennifer Bevan.

The villa is nestled behind walls, gates, and tall hedges, offering utmost privacy. The front of the property features a three-car garage and a spacious motorcourt. The structure itself boasts creamy stucco and a terracotta roof, exuding a refined and romantic ambiance. It encompasses three levels and offers approximately 11,400 square feet of chic modern living space, with seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Upon entering the double-height foyer, visitors are greeted by a striking curved staircase that leads to the formal living and dining rooms. The family room features French doors that open to the outside, seamlessly connecting the interior with the outdoors.
