Rapper Tyga Lists Luxurious Lakefront Retreat in Southern California
After making it rain with his pᴜгchase, rap star Tyga is now ready to part ways with his stunning vacation home in Indio, CA, listing it for $5.5 million.
Tyga acquired the impressive four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom mansion in 2020 for $3.9 million, as reported by the Los Angeles Times at the time.
Originally listed for $5.9 million in June, the price was reduced to its current asking price in July. Even with the discount, the sale of the property is expected to bring Tyga a handsome profit.
Situated on nearly an acre of land, the 5,700-square-foot lakefront estate boasts a private beach and boat dock right in the backyard. The property is adorned with meticulously curated gardens and well-manicured lawns.
Water sports enthusiasts will delight in the home’s convenient access to activities such as paddleboarding, water-skiing, fishing, and sailing. Additionally, there is a luxurious pool, spa, and mini waterfall on the premises.
The home exudes a resort-like atmosphere, featuring an open and airy layout with a spacious kitchen that seamlessly flows into the dining area and expansive living room. Striking chandeliers, modern fireplaces, arched doorways, and beamed ceilings contribute to its unique ambiance.
One of the living room walls is lined with pocket doors that open up to a spacious outdoor lounge area, offering breathtaking views of the water.
For those who prefer the convenience of a fully furnished home, Tyga’s property comes complete with tasteful furniture and decor.
Each bedroom showcases memorable design elements, including oversized windows, private patios, hardwood floors, and contemporary light fixtures. The bathrooms boast marble countertops, stylish tiling, and indulgent soaking tubs.
The property also features a home theater with ample seating, a wine cellar, a laundry room, and a game room that could easily be converted into a home office. The game room provides direct access to the backyard.
Tyga, 33, made his debut in 2008 with his album “No Introduction.” Since then, he has collaborated with notable artists such as Lil Wayne, Drake, and Doja Cat, among others.
