Future owns a mansion in one of the most luxurious areas in Miami, where Lil Wayne often visits!

The stunning residences were sold to the Atlanta rap singer by Dina Goldentayer for Douglas Elliman Real Estate, according to a story published on Wednesday (Nov. 2) by South Florida real estate magazine TheRealDeal. The luxurious residence has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and over 8,500 square feet of living space, “plus staff quarters, media room, three-car garage and a detached guest suite,” according to the official ad. The beachfront home also offers a rooftop patio, elevator, cabana, and pool. The crib was apparently purchased by Future at $16.3M, less than the $19.9M asking price.

The house is located in the same Allison Island area as Lil Wayne’s $29M listing. Rappers have lately made some significant real estate moves. Drake sold his property in the exclusive Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles for $12M during the summer. Drake had purchased a $75M property in the fabled 90210 zip code of Los Angeles two months before.  Birdman listed his Palm Island, Florida home for $15.5M back in 2018. According to reports, the Cash Money creator sold the house in 2020 for $10.8 million.

Just over a month ago, it was claimed that Future, an Atlanta-based rapper, had sold Influence Media Partners, an investment firm backed by BlackRock and the Warner Music Group, the bulk of his publishing for an alleged eight-figure amount. According to other accounts, the rapper may have received more than $75M from the agreement. About 612 tracks from 2004 through 2020 are included in the contract.
