Shocked at the unbelievable price of the apartment of former NBA striker Martell Webster

Martell Webster, a former NBA forward, has listed his attractive home in Portland, OR, for sale. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Webster began his NBA career with the Portland Trail Blazers at the age of 19 after being a standout high school player in Seattle.

Unfortunately, his career was cut short by a hip injury, leading to his retirement in 2017. Webster returned to Portland that same year and purchased this five-bedroom home for $2.2 million. Now, six years later, the elegant 5,837-square-foot residence is on the market for $3 million.

The stunning home is filled with natural light and features beamed ceilings, a soft white color palette, and an open floor plan. The living and dining rooms and kitchen, which boasts double sinks and a large marble island that seats three, are warmed by natural wood floors.

The new owner will have the option of two primary suites, one of which adjoins a home office with a fireplace and a luxurious bathroom with a large tub and double vanities.

Located in the desirable Dogwood Park neighborhood, the home provides plenty of space for outdoor activities. The backyard has a fire pit, play structure, trampoline, and a half-court basketball court. The outdoor living area is fully equipped with a kitchen, gas fireplace, TV, grill, and minifridge. Additionally, the ceiling heaters allow for year-round use regardless of the weather.

Webster, now 36, played for 10 seasons with three NBA teams, with his best season being in 2012-13 with the Washington Wizards, where he averaged 11.4 points per game. He has since ventured into the real estate business and even tried his hand at rap music.
