Rihanna's $10.000.000 Mansion Sold in a Surprising Twist to Johnny Depp's Agent

The Beverly Hills residence owned by Rihanna will now belong to Tracey Jacobs, Johnny Depp’s longtime agent and a renowned figure in the entertainment business.

According to reports, the manager invested $10.300.000 in the California property. The Tudor-style house was built in the 1930s and is situated on a hillside property with half an acre of land.

The house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a living area of more than 5,100 square feet. Before Jacobs executed the deed, it apparently underwent a number of improvements.

Vault ceilings, an eat-in kitchen with high-end appliances, a master bedroom with a spa-like shower, and numerous balconies are some of the features of the house. In the back of the house, above the two-story garage, there is a guest apartment. There is ample parking for up to 8 cars in the fully fenced driveway.

Unfortunately for Rihanna, the deal resulted in a loss of money. Only two years ago, the artist paid $10M for the house. She apparently still owes the city of Los Angeles more than $570,000 in property taxes, in addition to the usual realtor and closing costs, so it is likely that she lost money on the transaction.

The singer was presumably eager to sell her Beverly Hills home, especially before she gives birth to her second kid, given that she recently splurged on a $20M penthouse for her expanding family.

Rihanna reportedly paid a significant amount of money on a LA penthouse suite in the same building where she now resides in a 3,500 square foot condo in April, according to reports. The 40th floor of the 43-story structure houses her new home.

Despite moving into a new penthouse, Rihanna won’t be too far from Tracey Jacobson’s new residence. According to reports, the owner of Fenty Beauty lives next door to the house she just sold in a $14.000.000 mansion.

RiRi bought the house in 2020, and as of right now, it doesn’t seem like she has any intentions to sell it. In a similar vein, despite just purchasing a penthouse in the same building, it doesn’t seem she is selling her Los Angeles residence.

Following her recent resignation as CEO of Savage x Fenty, Rihanna is preparing to give birth to her second child with ASAP Rocky. RZA, a son, was born to the couple last year. Although the exact date of her delivery is unknown, rumours indicate that it may happen as soon as August.
