Immerse yourself in Rick Ross’s mansion full of supercars

Rick Ross’ most recent real estate рᴜrcҺɑse not only has a celebrity pedigree, but it also has a record-bгeɑking return on investment.

The Miami native recently paid $3.5 mιllιon for Amar’e Stoudemire’s South Florida residence in an all-cash sale that closed in only four days, the quickest closing in the history of the gated community where the home is located.

The house has been held by the former NBA all-star for more than ten years. It contains a main home that is 7,361 square feet, a guest house that is 1,314 square feet, and a nine-car garage.

The main home is a one-story structure with four bedrooms, five and a half baths, white marble floors, coffered ceilings, and 10-foot ceilings.

A chef’s kitchen, a private movie theater, an indoor bar area with a pool table, and a yoga room are just a few of the places where friends and family can gather. The guesthouse comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a sitting room.

Ross’ other residence, a 12-bedroom estate in Atlanta, has just been identified as the primary filming location for Coming 2 America.

With its astounding 109 rooms and 45,000 square feet, the house was a superb stand-in for a palace in the fictional nation of Zamunda. In telling Variety about the changes made to his home by the set designers, Ross said,

“They changed the wallpaper in the dining room so I asked them to keep it.” They also made the large dining table, which can accommodate 50–60 people, and gave it to me as a gift. It is incredibly big.
