Tech mogul Bill Gates’ daughter, Jennifer Gates, has recently acquired a stunning $76 million residence at the young age of 26.

Jennifer, the eldest daughter of Bill Gates and Melinda French Gates, has reportedly settled into her new abode located at the highly coveted 443 Greenwich St in Manhattan’s trendy Tribeca neighborhood, known for its celebrity inhabitants.

According to CNBC, Jennifer has moved into a prestigious home that offers luxurious amenities, including a private plunge pool. This spacious residence spans an impressive 826 square meters, with an additional 316 square meters of outdoor space.

The New York Post reveals that the magnificent penthouse, once owned by Formula 1 race car champion Lewis Hamilton, was sold to a Seattle-based trust in November 2021 for $49.5 million. Jennifer and her husband, Olympic equestrian Nayel Nassar, are now residing in this triplex penthouse.

The couple tied the knot in October 2021 at Jennifer’s 124-acre Westchester horse farm, worth $24 million, which was a generous gift from her parents following her graduation from Stanford University. Since then, Jennifer Gates and Nayel Nassar have welcomed their first child into the world.

Notable celebrities such as Jennifer Lawrence, Meg Ryan, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal, and the Weeknd have either currently or previously called this apartment building their home.

Hamilton initially listed the penthouse for $57 million in 2019, having purchased it for $43.99 million in 2017 but never occupying it. Described as the “crown jewel” of the building, the penthouse boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two powder rooms, 6-meter-high ceilings, multiple terraces, and two parking spaces. The building itself offers a mere 15 parking spots.

This remarkable residence, the largest in the building, includes its own elevator. The design features showcase pine beams with steel fittings, 17 restored windows, and a well-equipped chef’s kitchen.
