You can leave the door open because 2009-built West Hollywood condo complex resident and Grammy-winning artist Anderson.Paak (born Brandon Paak Anderson) has officially purchased a three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse there.

According to property records, the 37-year-old California native recently paid little more than $2.9 million for the modern Los Angeles residences. He already owns properties in Hollywood Hills and Woodland Hills.

More than 2,500 square feet of living space with an open floor plan, pewter-stained brush oak floors, and vaulted ceilings can be found in the fourth-story apartment. A private elevator leads to a lobby covered in Venetian plaster, which opens to a great room with plenty of natural light, a dining area, wet bar, and a galley-style kitchen with upscale Miele appliances.

A bespoke floor-to-ceiling brick accent wall and sliding glass doors leading out to a private two-level balcony with a fire pit and stunning views of the Downtown Los Angeles cityscape and the Pacific Ocean enhance the room’s spaciousness. A video room, mirrored gym/office, and towering master retreat are all included. The master retreat has its own private terrace and sitting area, as well as a big bathroom outfitted with dual vanities, an oval soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The singer and aspiring director of a movie will pay $770 per month in HOA dues to live in his new building, which has facilities like controlled-access entry and two allotted parking spaces.
