Jimmie Allen Lists Upscale Nashville Home for Sale Amid Sexuɑℓ ɑssɑuℓt Allegations and Divorce

Jimmie Allen, the country singer facing allegations of Sexuɑℓ ɑssɑuℓt and harassment as well as going through a divorce from his wife, Alexis, has put his luxurious Nashville mansion up for sale. The 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home spans 4,853 square feet and is listed for $2,550,000, described as a “modern farmhouse.”

The centerpiece of the residence is the great room, featuring an open floor plan that combines the dining area and kitchen. A two-story foyer leads to a grand staircase, which takes you to the bedrooms on the upper level. The master suite includes an oversized walk-in closet.

Situated on 1.5 acres in the upscale Brentwood area of Nashville, the property offers a sense of privacy and seclusion while still providing easy access to the city, as noted in the listing.

Nicholas Woodward of Benchmark Realty is the listing agent for Allen’s home. The decision to sell comes amid the Sexuɑℓ ɑssɑuℓt allegations made against Allen by a former day-to-day employee in a lawsuit filed in early May. Identified as Jane Doe in the legal filing, she accuses Allen of гɑpe, Sexuɑℓ ɑssɑuℓt, and harassment over an 18-month period while working closely with the singer.

Allen’s attorney has issued a statement denying the allegations, characterizing the relationship as consensual and accusing Jane Doe of seeking financial gain. In response, Jane Doe’s attorney refuted these claims in a separate statement.

Allen and his wife publicly announced their separation on April 21, 2023, just prior to the allegations coming to light. Following the lawsuit’s revelation, Allen was suspended by his record label, BBR Music Group, on May 11. Additionally, the CMA canceled his scheduled performance at CMA Fest in June, and Delaware State University revoked his invitation to deliver a commencement address. United Talent Agency, Allen’s agency, has also suspended his representation.
