Rapper Wiz Khalifa said goodbye to his stylish Encino mansion after many years of living in it!
The rapper is getting ready to tour the United States with Logic from July through September by releasing two new tracks off his next album Multiverse, which is due out later this summer.
Khalifa is moving to a larger, even more opulent house than the one he’s lived in for the last three years since all his hard work is finally paying off.
The rapper has offered his contemporary Encino home with Brian Capossela of Cap Equity and Alan Tayor of Compass & for $4,495,000.
Khalifa spent $3.4M for the house when he bought it in 2019, and he didn’t need to make any major improvements or modifications since it was already lovely.
According to Architectural Digest, he just spent $7.6M for a second, larger property in the same neighborhood. The 8,029-square-foot farmhouse’s first occupants will be Khalifa and his kid.
The 5,875 square foot, 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom residence epitomizes classic California living by effortlessly fusing contemporary and traditional aspects. It is located in the tranquil Encino area, which is home to many celebrities.
