Notably, a spokesperson for 50 Cent conveyed to the Wall Street Journal that the proceeds from the mansion’s sale will be directed towards the rapper’s non-profit organization, the G-Unity Foundation, underscoring his philanthropic commitment.

Historical records reveal that 50 Cent acquired this exceptional property from boxing luminary Mike Tyson back in 2003, at an original purchase price of $4.1 million.
