Actor Tom Cruise has reportedly sold his 320-acre Colorado estate for its full asking price of $39.5 мιllιon, just two months after listing it.

The sale of the property was initially reported by the Wall Street Journal’s property section. Listing agent Dan Dockray, representing LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, informed the publication that the Telluride property had entered into a sales contract within the first week of being listed on the market.

The listing made its debut in March, marking the first time the home had been publicly available for sale. Back in 2014, Tom Cruise, famous for his roles in movies like  “Vanilla Sky,” had engaged a broker to discreetly market the property with a significantly higher asking price of $59 мιllιon.

The property boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, providing ample accommodation. Situated amidst the picturesque mountains, the home is designed to offer a high level of privacy.
