Diddy has decided to put up for sale the Toluca Lake mansion in Los Angeles, which once belonged to his former girlfriend, Kim Porter

In a recent development, Sean “Diddy” Combs has decided to put up for sale the Toluca Lake mansion in Los Angeles, which once belonged to his former girlfriend, Kim Porter, who tragically passed away three years ago. This property, located in the San Fernando Valley, had served as Porter’s cherished residence, where she lived with their four children during her relationship with the rapper.

Nestled in the sought-after Toluca Lake neighborhood, considered one of LA’s prime locations, Diddy has set an asking price of $7 million for the impressive six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion. Notably, this exclusive area is also home to notable figures such as Sia, Viola Davis, Steve Carell, and Billy Ray Cyrus. The mansion, boasting an East Coast traditional-style, was initially purchased by Combs in 2009 for $5.3 million, although its construction dates back to 2006.

The mansion spans a sprawling 9,600 square feet and occupies a generous half-acre lot. Its elegant design features a grand two-story entry foyer leading to spacious family rooms with high ceilings, a generously sized kitchen, and inviting patio spaces. Beyond the interiors, the property encompasses an expansive lawn, a family-sized pool and spa, as well as a sports court – all well-guarded within a fully gated perimeter equipped with a 24-hour security system to ensure utmost privacy.

While the listing highlights the mansion’s remarkable features, it also alludes to the possibility of requiring some updates, suggesting that the “stunning traditional” home is ready for personalized, modern finishes from its next owner.

In reflection, Combs shared poignant memories of Kim Porter, revealing a heartwarming moment just before her passing: “Three days before she passed, she wasn’t feeling well… She had the flu, and she sent the kids over to my house so they wouldn’t get sick. One night I was checking on her, and she was like, ‘Puffy, take care of my babies.’ She actually said that to me before she died.”

It’s worth noting that Diddy also possesses an additional property in Los Angeles. As for inquiries, a representative for Combs declined to comment when approached by The Post.
