Rapper Polo G completed a million-dollar transaction when he owned a splendid Chatsworth villa next to the beautiful beach

Rapper Polo G, whose real name is Taurus Bartlett, has made a significant real estate purchase in the San Fernando Valley suburb of Chatsworth. Here are the details of his new Mediterranean-style property:

Location: Polo G’s new home is located in the guard-gated community of Indian Falls Estates in Chatsworth, California. Chatsworth has been attracting hip-hop artists and musicians, including Swae Lee, YG, and DJ Mustard, in recent years.

Purchase Price: Polo G acquired the property for $4.885 million. The home had been on and off the market since its construction in 2018, with an initial listing price of $6.2 million and most recently listed at $5 million.

Property Size: The estate encompasses nearly two acres, providing ample space and privacy.

Impressive Garage: One of the standout features of the property is the custom garage located at the rear of the house. This garage, which is the size of a guesthouse, boasts 14-foot doors and can accommodate up to 14 cars.

Home Features: The house itself is grand and spacious, with approximately 11,000 square feet of living space. It includes six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The interior features oversized rooms, a sweeping staircase, porcelain floors in the grand foyer, a large kitchen with granite slabs, and a two-story living room with a custom bar and wine cellar. There are six front-facing balconies and a catwalk overlooking the living room.

Outdoor Amenities: The property offers covered patios at the rear of the home, leading to a swimming pool and a lighted tennis court. Additionally, second-story terraces provide views of the neighborhood.

Polo G, known for hits like “Finer Things” and “Pop Out,” gained fame with his debut album “Die a Legend” in 2019. His second album, “The Goat,” was released in 2020, and he is set to release his third album, titled “Hall of Fame,” in June.

The listing was represented by Emil Hartoonian and Bryan Castaneda of the Agency, while Polo G was represented by Daniel Dill of Westside Estate Agency.

Chatsworth’s growing popularity among musicians and celebrities is reflected in Polo G’s real estate choice, and his new home offers luxury living with ample space for his vehicles in the custom garage.
