What happens when Lil Wayne moves in and becomes Kylie Jenner’s neighbor
The rapper Lil Wayne put the seaside property on Allison Island up for sale for $29.5 miℓℓio𝚗.
According to public documents, the rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., paid $16.75 miℓℓio𝚗 for the modern home in 2018. In September, he put it on the market for $29.5 miℓℓio𝚗, but later dropped the price to $28 miℓℓio𝚗.
The property is situated on Allison Island, a 35-acre island in Biscayne Bay, and it features a dock and around 110 feet of water frontage. According to Mr. Matz, the home was constructed in 2017 and is about 10,600 square feet, with seven bedrooms.
There is a home theater with suede wall coverings and a mahogany-paneled foyer. Sliding glass doors lead out to a garden with a sizable pool.
The nearly one-and-a-half-acre property, according to Mr. Matz, is one of the biggest ones on the island and faces west with views of La Gorce Island. Because of the size and location, he claimed that it was “possibly the best lot on Allison Island.”
He claimed that although buyers are generally less urgent than they were last year, the market is nonetheless strong due to the low supply. “Properties that are priced correctly, in the right locations, are selling,” he declared.
