Rick Ross spends heavily on luxury mansion on Star Island in Miami

Rick Ross will spend up to $37 mιllιon to рᴜrcҺɑse an opulent nine-bedroom home on Miami’s Star Island.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Shaquille O’Neal, Gloria Estefan, and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs are just a few of the renowned personalities who have lived on Star Island throughout the years.

The island gained glitz in 2020 when Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez invested in a ten-bedroom mansion there.

Rick, 47, who was raised in the same Miami suburb where Flo Rida was born, is now a resident of Star Island, according to TMZ Hip Hop.

Rick supposedly plans to spend mιllιons renovating the lavish mansion after purchasing it. His brand-new home, which is about 40,000 square feet in size, features opulent amenities including six bathrooms, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool.

A tiny wooden harbor in the backyard of the extravagant waterfront home offers access to the water.

After moving into the house, Rick will be able to take advantage of the amenities like an entertainment room.

The rapper from Money In The Grave is reportedly close to selling the mansion, which was listed for sale in May.

Approximately two years ago, he paid $3.5 mιllιon for the Miami home of former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire, according to Architectural Digest.

Months after buying Amare’s house, Rick admitted on the REVOLT program Assets Over Liabilities that “I still haven’t slept in that b**** once.”

But guess what? he reasoned, “What? The benefit is that I might be able to recoup up to $3 mιllιon more than I spent on the same house when I sell it.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution claims that Rick Ross also paid Meek Mill $4.2 mιllιon to рᴜrcҺɑse his Atlanta house from him a few months ago.
When Rick first began to make a living as a rapper, he acquired a multimιllιon-dollar Atlanta mansion out of curiosity.

As Rick recounted in an interview from 2021, “Homes was something I was always fascinated about, so me and my homies started coming up to Atlanta.” When we used to ride by this location, we would hesitate, stop, and exclaim, “God d’mn.”
