LeBron James owns a luxurious mansion, that was once home to many famous Hollywood royals!
The Real Deal claims that NBA champion LeBron James has a contract for a $39M property in Los Angeles, California’s affluent Beverly Hills district. The Young and the Restless and “The Bold and the Beautiful” creator Lee Phillip Bell was the previous owner of the house built in the 1930s. In collaboration with the late Bell’s estate, real estate professionals Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland of Hilton & Hyland listed the home in the middle of June of this year.
James reportedly bought the home, which has previously housed several famous members of Hollywood aristocracy, rapidly, according to reports. A sizable vehicle court and courtyard welcome residents and visitors to the 2.5-acre compound and 9,000+ square foot estate, which is inspired by a promontory with a vista. There are two suites, four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, numerous party spaces, and seven fireplaces inside.
On the property are also two separate guest houses with independent entrances. Additionally, a screening room with cozy chairs, mood lighting, and a fireplace creates a relaxing environment for watching movies. The pool house, which boasts two baths and unending views of downtown Los Angeles, is situated. As with the rest of the estate, the illuminated tennis court is encircled by thick vegetation, adding to its seclusion.
James has now acquired three homes in LA County in the last few years. He also owns two estates in Brentwood that he paid $23M and $21M for.
