After 4 years of living, Ben Simmons officially sold his villa in New Jersey!

Ben Simmons is leaving his New Jersey home almost four months after spending $17.5M for a 12,000-square-foot Los Angeles estate.

The Moorestown house was advertised by the Philadelphia 76ers player on Wednesday for $5M.

Simmons, 25, paid $2.75M for the house in 2019, the year it was completed. He would make a significant profit if he could get the asking price.

The action was taken after Simmons made it very apparent that he intended to depart the Philadelphia club. The former first-round selection has been holding out of training camp and refusing to take part in workouts.

The home spans over 10,400 square-feet.

Three-time All-Star Simmons, who purposefully skipped workouts after not receiving the desired trade, ultimately reported to the club on Monday.

The Post has contacted his representatives for comment. The listing of his property, which is just 20 minutes from Camden, where the 76ers train, is another indication that he is prepared to leave Philadelphia permanently.

The nearly 10,000 square-foot home features five bedrooms, and five and a half bathrooms, and has been furnished with contemporary furnishings.
