LeBron James said goodbye to his luxury mansion after 8 years together!
LeBron James is bidding farewell to his enormous colonial-style home in Los Angeles and is prepared to accept a little loss on the sale.
The NBA great, who will be 36 in December, put his Brentwood property on the market on Monday for a staggering $26.4M. He first purchased the home in 2015 for $27.1M.
The imposing 877 square meter house features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The gated property, which was first constructed in 2011, is located on the same street where O.J. Simpson resided at the time Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman were killed.
When King James initially moved to the city in 2018, after the signing of a lucrative deal to join the Los Angeles Lakers, the house became where he spent his days.
James extended his deal with the Los Angeles Lakers for a two-year, $109.3M sum in December. Prior to that, he agreed to a four-year, $198M contract with the squad in 2018.
In a COVID-19 secure bubble, the Lakers just won the 2020 NBA Championship in Orlando, Florida, where James was named the NBA Finals MVP.
