Why did Kendrick Lamar get $800,000 for his old luxury mansion?
An ad on Provident Real Estate on June 16 states that the Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper is asking $800,000 for his Eastvale, California, house. His parents and siblings originally lived in the 3529-square-foot house, according to TMZ’s earlier today (June 21) claim.
The small house has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. There is a formal dining room and living room inside for entertaining guests. A huge kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel equipment, and an island is also included.
The backyard is also considerably larger thanks to a covered patio with ceiling fans installed, a built-in BBQ area, a pool, and a spa that are all surrounded by vegetation and bamboo trees. A three-car garage is also included with the home.
K-Dot first invested $523,400 in the property in 2014. Don’t worry, however; Kendrick’s family hasn’t resided there for a while. A few years ago, he relocated his parents and siblings to a $2.65M house in Calabasas, California. The inventor of Damn. resides in a $10M villa in an upscale neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, California.
Aside from real estate, Kendrick has not released a new project in more than three years. On social media, there have been rumors of a new album for months. There were rumors that Dr. Dre, Eminem, and Kendrick Lamar were collaborating on new music back in April.
The supporters went into a frenzy after hearing that. Fans believed the rap trio had been writing new music when the image began to trend on Twitter on May 1. We’re getting a Dr. Dre album, with Kendrick Lamar and Eminem perhaps appearing on the same song? Say ain’t so,” one Twitter user alleged.
But regrettably, Kendrick hasn’t released any brand-new music. View Kendrick Lamar’s previous California house below while you wait.
