In December 2018, it was listed for $7.99M. It’s still on the market a year later, but the asking price has been reduced by 25%.

The waterfront home house has a boat lift, an elevator, a wine cellar, and a huge shoe closet, among other opulent luxuries.

The residence of DJ Khaled is the stuff of sneakerheads’ fantasies, but it has been up for sale for a year.

In December of last year, Janet Ben Zvi of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty listed the Miami home for $7.99M. It has now reduced its price by 25% and is currently seeking for $5.99M.

DJ and producer DJ Khaled is 43 years old. He also introduced a high-end furniture brand called We The Best Home in September, as Business Insider’s Angela Johnson previously noted; the range has a lot of “leather, gold, and high-end features.”

His house exhibits a similar level of detail-oriented enthusiasm for the more glitzy aspects of life.

Miami is one of the most sought-after home areas for the world’s wealthiest individuals, according to a 2019 research from Knight Frank. In this expanding market, penthouses in residential buildings account for a large portion of the top real estate transactions. Khaled’s home is now included among the opulent real estate options in the Miami region, along with properties like a $68M penthouse that may break the state record.
