What’s inside Kellie Speed’s $64 miℓℓion Pacific Palisades mansion that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are aiming for

According to rumors, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are considering a $64 million property in Pacific Palisades, California. The married pair reportedly decided against spending $34 million on a nearby home and are now reportedly eyeing this larger and more expensive one, according to TMZ.

Recently, the A-listers have changed up their real estate portfolio. Lopez recently listed her expansive Bel-Air spread for $42.5 million. Affleck gave up his Los Angeles spread last year as well.

The 2005-built eight-bedroom house that, according to TMZ, the couple is presently in escrow for has been immaculately upgraded and cared for throughout the years.

A 1 acre lot with a 13,000 square foot primary residence and a 3,000 square foot guesthouse are situated in the upscale Palisades Riviera.

A chef’s kitchen with a high ceiling, top-of-the-line appliances, and a large center island with seats is featured in the main house. French doors in the dining room lead out to an own terrace. A fireplace and built-in cabinets can be found in the spacious, light-filled living area.

A professional media room, two study, an elevator, and a wood-paneled library with a vaulted ceiling are among the other attractions. The private backyard is accessible from the main suite on the first level.

For the couple’s blended family, there is an 800-square-foot gym, a sizable game room, two playrooms, and a resort-style pool and spa. There are stadium seats in the home theater.

According to the listing, the guesthouse contains two bedrooms, four bathrooms, “one of which features a Japanese spa soaking tub,” and more.
