According to rumors, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are considering a $64 million property in Pacific Palisades, California. The married pair reportedly decided against spending $34 million on a nearby home and are now reportedly eyeing this larger and more expensive one, according to TMZ.

Recently, the A-listers have changed up their real estate portfolio. Lopez recently listed her expansive Bel-Air spread for $42.5 million. Affleck gave up his Los Angeles spread last year as well.

The 2005-built eight-bedroom house that, according to TMZ, the couple is presently in escrow for has been immaculately upgraded and cared for throughout the years.

A 1 acre lot with a 13,000 square foot primary residence and a 3,000 square foot guesthouse are situated in the upscale Palisades Riviera.

A chef’s kitchen with a high ceiling, top-of-the-line appliances, and a large center island with seats is featured in the main house. French doors in the dining room lead out to an own terrace. A fireplace and built-in cabinets can be found in the spacious, light-filled living area.
