Once lavish and gorgeous, but Roddy Ricch had to say goodbye to the million dollar mansion

Roddy Ricch, the talented rapper and songwriter hailing from Compton, seems to have quickly outgrown his Los Angeles abode. After less than a year of ownership, his contemporary home above the mountains of Beverly Hills has hit the market again, this time listed for just under $6 million. That’s a price increase of around $400,000 from what the 24-year-old artist, known for hits like “Feed Tha Streets,” paid for the property in November.

Nestled on a secluded nearly one-acre lot, the stucco-clad house was originally constructed in 1960 but has since undergone significant renovations and expansions. With four bedrooms and five bathrooms spread across nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, the main residence offers a comfortable setting. Additionally, there are separate guest quarters complete with a kitchenette and bathroom.

The home boasts a spacious living room with a two-way fireplace and folding glass doors that open to the outside. Adjacent to the living room is a casual dining area that connects to a galley-style kitchen featuring elegant wood cabinetry, marble countertops, an eat-in island, and top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

The upstairs master suite includes a custom walk-in closet, a separate lounge area, and a luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a windowed shower. Other notable features of the house include a junior-sized bedroom suite and a well-appointed office with bookshelves.

The backyard of the property resembles a park, with terraced areas perfect for outdoor lounging and entertaining. There is also a pool and spa surrounded by a sundeck, a sport court, and a barbecue and bar setup.

Ample parking space is available for at least six vehicles, thanks to the covered carport and motorcourt located at the front of the property. Fans of the legendary musician Eddie Van Halen will be pleased to know that Ricch’s estate is situated next to the former home of the late guitar virtuoso.

Overall, Roddy Ricch’s decision to list his Beverly Hills retreat showcases his evolving lifestyle and success in the music industry.
