In 2022, pop-punk musician Machine Gun Kelly made news when he acquired his first Los Angeles house from well-known YouTuber Logan Paul. The $7.5M home has a contemporary farmhouse style and would be the ideal setting for him and his “twin flame,” Megan Fox, to settle down.

Kelly spent $7.5M to acquire an Encino property that was originally held by YouTube sensation Logan Paul after his engagement to actress Megan Fox earlier this year.
The artist, 32, has made the ideal choice for his first Los Angeles property purchase.
The Los Angeles suburb of Encino, which is tranquil and welcoming to families, is situated in the city’s central business district. Selena Gomez, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Gwen Stefani are a few more well-known people that have moved there.
The mansion was initially advertised for $9M but sold for $7.5M, according to Dirt.com. Although the price is far below the advertised price, MGK has won in this case.
His tight relationship with the YouTuber may have contributed to the price reduction. Paul did, however, make some money since he first purchased the property in 2017 for only $6.6M.
According to the New York Post, MGK was paying $30,000 a month in rent on a Sherman Oaks house prior to his major acquisition. After Colson and Fox began cohabiting there in 2021, the 5,300 square foot contemporary home turned into a nest for their relationship.
In 2020, the pair got together for the first time while filming Midnight in the Switchgrass. Soon after, rumors of the developing relationship began to circulate.
In addition to making wedding preparations, Kelly has secured their future with his new Encino house. He made the April purchase of Logan Paul’s Encino house and is most likely going to move there following his tour.
The large mansion features eight bathrooms, seven bedrooms, and 8,689 square feet of area. Robert Byrd, a well-known architect, created it in the 1970s.
Since then, a lot of changes have been made to the initial design. The stunning home currently offers a rustic farmhouse style with some modern improvements.
Reclaimed wood sidings, polished concrete, and stone-lined walls can all be seen on the gunmetal gray façade.
The rooms feature vaulted ceilings and big glass doors, giving them a contemporary yet warm feel. The home has exposed wooden beams that can be seen in all of the rooms, giving it a ranch-style appearance.
