Despite being mostly renowned for his music, Akon seems to have made a foray into the metro Atlanta real estate sector.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Akon has offered his three-year-old Alpharetta home less than two months after selling another of his metro residences that had been advertised since May.
The home he had previously sold was somewhat outdated, but the most recent sale is brand-new, with the indoor bowling alley still being built. The exterior and inside of the mansion are both ice white, giving it a Frozen-like appearance.
With six bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and a mind-boggling nine-car garage, the massive house is clearly designed for those who live large. Like any good musician would, Akon also included a piano room and a recording studio in the plan.
Records show that Akon paid $1.65 mιllιon in 2008 for the 4.6-acre property, which is a member of the Atlanta National Club.
Currently, the artists anticipate making close to $7 mιllιon from the arrangement. If the deal goes through, you can be sure he’ll be singing “I’m So Paid” all the way to the bank.
