This week, LeBron James bought a 13,000-square-foot Beverly Hills property. He paid $36.75 miℓℓio𝚗, below the $39 miℓℓio𝚗 asking price.

Lee Phillip Bell, who died earlier this year, co-created The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless with her late husband, William. Charles Boyer, Howard Hughes, and Katharine Hepburn all owned it.

King James may have discovered his fortress. According to Trulia, LeBron James paid $23 miℓℓio𝚗 for an eight-bedroom, eleven-bath Brentwood property.

The 2017 home is modern with marble in most rooms. The master suite has two baths, walk-in closets, and a balcony. The second-highest paid NBA player has lavish amenities on the bottom level. T

Of course, the mansion has a top-notch indoor/outdoor gym with a spa with a steam room, sauna, shower, and massage area where James may practice in the off season.

LeBron James is selling his huge colonial-style Los Angeles home at a loss.

On Monday, the 36-year-old NBA star listed his Brentwood property for $20.5 miℓℓio𝚗. He bought it in 2015 for $20,986,500.

The 9,440-square-foot house includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The gated property, erected in 2011, is on O.J. Simpson’s street in Rockingham Rim, where Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman were slain.
