This time, they’ve acquired a 2,202-square-foot home in the San Fernando Valley’s Encino neighborhood in Los Angeles.

Despite their other lavish properties in Manhattan, Malibu, Miami, and Bel Air, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home is a more modest рᴜrchase.

It’s speculated to be either an investment property or intended for a family member.

The house, built in 1948, has undergone extensive renovations, including the installation of a sleek, open-concept kitchen this year.
