Less than two months after listing their Los Angeles home for sale, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, sold it for $51 miℓℓio𝚗.

The 3-acre estate in the exclusive Pacific Palisades was put on the market by the famous couple in March for $57.5 miℓℓio𝚗. The sale price was roughly 11% below what they had anticipated, but Mr. Levine, 43, and Ms.

Prinsloo, 33, still made a profit of almost $19 miℓℓio𝚗 after spending $31.95 miℓℓio𝚗 on the house in 2018, according to PropertyShark statistics.

The mansion, which boasts expansive views of both the city and the Pacific Ocean, is “the epitome of the true California lifestyle,” according to listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside mansion Agency, who spoke with Mansion Global in March. He declined to provide a comment for this piece.
