Dan Levy showed off his wealth when he spent $4.1M to buy an ancient Spanish-style house on a beautiful hill.

Canadian actor Dan Levy has purchased a 1930s Spanish villa in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, paying $400,000 above the asking price. This acquisition follows his final season of Schitt’s Creek and a three-year deal with ABC Studios.

The villa features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious pool across 3,177 square feet. The foyer boasts a curved stone staircase and elegant velvet tufted ottoman.
