Lil Pump, the rapper known for hits like “Gucci Gаng” and “Racks on Racks,” recently invested $4.6 million in a waterfront property in Miami Beach. The 5,100-square-foot house in the Normandy Isles neighborhood was sold by LF Development. The purchаse was facilitated by Luisa Taylor of The Agency. 

The luxurious residence offers a rooftop terrace on the third floor, a custom Italian kitchen, bathroom vanities, closets, and an Ipe wood pool deck with a cabana. The property was originally acquired by an LF Development affiliate in 2013 for $1.1 million, making Lil Pump’s acquisition a substantial investment.
