DJ Khaled has bid farewell to his Los Angeles mansion, selling it for an impressive $12.5 million. Although the property was never publicly listed, records rеvеɑl that DJ Khaled has made a significant profit of $2.6 million from his purcҺɑsе back in 2016. The French Chateau-style residence was previously owned by English pop star RоƄbie Williams, who sold it to DJ Khaled for $9.9 million. The new owners of the mansion are Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon David Amron and his wife Jessica, who recently sold their previous Beverly Hills home for $12.8 million.

Situated within the prestigious Mulholland Estates, a gated community above Beverly Hills, DJ Khaled’s former residence boasts high-profile neighbors such as RоƄ Dyrdek, Kendall Jenner, Christina Aguilera, Paris Hilton, and the Beach Boys’ Brian Wilson. The community is renowned for its top-notch security, although a few residents, including Jenner, Hilton, and former resident Charlie Sheen, have reportedly experienced security breaches in the past.

Photos from DJ Khaled’s 2016 acquisition showcase the .77-acre estate, featuring its own wrought iron gates and double front doors. The property is surrounded by meticulously manicured hedges and trees, creating a serene oasis in the midst of the bustling city. Inside, a double-height foyer with a grand staircase and a glass dome sets an elegant tone.

The mansion offers generously sized public rooms that are ideal for entertaining, including a drawing room with a fireplace and black brocade wallpaper, a living room with French doors opening to the backyard, a mirror-walled dining room, and an octagonal family room with accordion-style glass doors leading to the gardens.

The expansive kitchen is equipped with multiple Viking ranges and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. It features a snack bar for casual dining and a breakfast nook surrounded by circular windows, perfect for more relaxed meals. The mansion boasts six bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, adding to its sprawling 10,681 square feet of living space. The lavish master retreat on the upper level includes hardwood floors, a private sitting room with fabric tenting treatment, an outdoor balcony, and a master bath that reflects the mansion’s early ’90s origins.

Additional highlights of the property include a finished attic area serving as a guest suite, a gym, and staff quarters on the lower level. Outdoor amenities feature a covered loggia for al fresco dining, a swimming pool with a cabana, extensive lawns, stone patios, and a grotto-style spa.

Although DJ Khaled’s next Los Angeles residence rеmɑi𝚗s undisclosed, he and his wife Nicole Tuck also own a luxurious $25.9 million mansion in Miami Beach, boasting an elevator, a safe room, and approximately 13,000 square feet of living space.
