Kevin Hart spent an unbelievable amount of money to buy a summer villa for the whole family

Kevin Hart’s new property, distinct from his previous residence that was burglarized in 2016, has piqued curiosity. In August 2019, he joyfully shared poolside pictures. Sadly, just eight days later, he was involved in a severe car аccident near his residence, resulting in substantial injuries, although he is now recovering well.

Property records reveаl that back in 2015, Kevin invested $1.35 million in a 26-acre parcel of land in Calabasas, concealed behind limited liability companies linked to a long-term business associate. He reportedly secured one of the last two available plots in the area, with the other going to NFL Hall of Famer Keyshawn Johnson.

Kevin initiated construction on a two-story, 9,623-square-foot home in April 2017, with construction expenses of just under $2 million for the primary structure. Additional records detail the features of his pool, garage, cabana, and landscaping, totaling nearly $5 million in expenses for this Spanish-inspired villa.

The backyard includes a 650 square-foot “open cabana” doubling as an indoor/outdoor gym frequently seen on Instagram.
