Alessandra Ambrosio, former Victoria’s Sеϲгеt model, suddenly sold her penthouse apartment in Manhattan for just this reason!

Alessandra Ambrosio, a former Victoria’s Sеϲгеt model, reportedly sold her Manhattan penthouse for $2.75M, according to Mansion Global. The Murray Hill duplex condo, on East 38th Street, has been listed with an original asking price of $2.995M since June.

After entering into a contract in September, the property closed in early December. Lena Datwani of Sotheby’s International Realty was the buyer’s agent.

According to Paul Hazen of Douglas Elliman’s ad for the roughly 1,600-square-foot apartment, it has expansive dimensions, lofty double-height ceilings, and light-filled interiors.

According to Hazen, the house’s uninterrupted southern views and approximately 700 square feet of private outdoor space, which include two balconies on the lower level and a terrace on the top level, are its most alluring qualities.

The three-bedroom apartment was bought by Ms. Ambrosio for $1.875M in 2005. According to Hazen, the house was created by renowned Brazilian architect Arthur Casas. The apartment has hardwood flooring, a wood-burning fireplace, panoramas to the east and west in addition to its southern views, a semi-open kitchen, a separate dining room, and bespoke walk-in closets with dressing spaces.

While Ms. Ambrosio’s tenure as a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2004 to 2017 is likely her most well-known accomplishment, she has also worked with a number of prestigious luxury labels, including Gucci, Oscar de la Renta, Christian Dior, Marc Jacobs, and Vivienne Westwood. Her officials have not offered any commentary on the sale of her Manhattan penthouse as of the time of writing.
