Katy Perry owns her Beverly Hills estate for $25.7M with a sleek design and a jaw-dropping view of the city!
The five-bedroom house has an infinity pool and a sky-lit entrance gallery.
Recently, Katy Perry sold her exclusive Beverly Hills house for $25.7M (around $18M USD). The mansion was advertised in March by the pop sensation and her actor fiancé, Orlando Bloom, for $27.8M (US $19.5M). The residence is one of the most secluded properties in the gated community of Hidden Valley Road in Beverly Hills, California, according to Hilton & Hyland real estate. Having paid the same sum for the house when she bought it in 2018, the singer has only managed to break even on the sale.
The house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, making it suitable for Katy Perry, her fiancé Orlando Bloom, their two-year-old daughter Daisy, and Bloom’s eleven-year-old son Flynn from a previous relationship with Miranda Kerr. Visitors are welcomed to the spacious 504 square meter home by a 400 meter long driveway. A sky-lit entrance hall, a step-down living area with a fireplace, and an infinity pool are among the features.
The high level of seclusion afforded and close closeness to nature are two reasons why many A-list celebrities, like Jennifer Lawrence and Nicole Kidman, love the neighborhood. While Franklin Canyon Park is easily accessible by foot from the neighborhood, the estate has access to its own private hiking paths.
