A 13-bedroom Grade-I listed stately estate with the asking price of $93.5 million has reportedly been used to film some James Bond scenes, making it one of the priciest homes outside of London.

Business billionaire Mike Jatania is attempting to sell a 13-bedroom, Grade-I listed home just west of London in one of the biggest country property sales ever in the UK.

Scenes from this magnificent property appeared in both of the James Bond films Live and Let Dιе and The Man with the Golden Gu𝚗.

The property’s 𝚗ɑmе is Denham Place, according to The Guardian, and it is situated in a parkland area measuring 17 hectares (43 acres) in Buckinghamshire that was created by Lancelot “Capability” Brown in the 18th century.

This property will be sold through Knight Frank, Savills, and Beauchamp Estates for a sum of 75 million pounds ($93.5 million) the following week.

Mike Jatania, a wealthy tycoon in the cosmetics industry, is the owner of the home.

Apart from purchasing one of the Crown Estate Royal Palaces, there is nothing of this grandeur or provenance so close to Central London, according to the real estate company Rightmove, which describes the property as “a mansion built in 1688-1701.”

The imposing 28,525 square foot manor house, constructed in the traditional William and Mary architectural style, offers a private palace with primary gathering rooms designed in the style of a state chamber. The estate comprises a Grade II-listed coach house, estate cottages, support structures, and significant vehicle storage, which together total 11,199 square feet.

The Bonaparte Imperial family, American banker JP Morgan, politician and movie financier Lord Robert Vansittart, and James Bond film franchise co-producer Harry Saltzman were a few notable former tenants of this house.
