Despite being severely punished by the Oscars Academy, Will Smith still rewarded himself with a million-dollar mansion

Power couple Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have expanded their property portfolio with the purchаse of an $11.3 million mansion in Hidden Hills, joining fellow celebrities like Drake, Kaley Cuoco, Kylie Jenner, and Jeffree Star in the guard-gated neighborhood.

This two-story “Napa Modern” residence boasts over 10,000 square feet of interior space. The Smiths secured the property for a $1 million discount from the original $12.2 million price. The estate, completed in early 2020, offers privacy on a 1.2-acre lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with sweeping San Fernando Valley views.

The contemporary interiors feature a double-height foyer, open kitchen, soundproof movie theater, game room with wet bar, gym with steam shower, and a formal dining room with a refrigerated wine closet. The six bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms.

Outdoor amenities include stone loggias, an outdoor kitchen, infinity-edged pool with spa, sports court, campfire seating area, and a “serenity lounge.” While the property lacks extensive landscaping, it offers potential for personalized design.

Will and Jada’s distinctive taste in interiors was showcased in their $42 million mega-estate outside Calabasas, known for its Moroccan-inspired aesthetics, rich colors, and unique furnishings, as featured in Architectural Digest.
