Visiting the first house of Kardashian and Travis after half a year of marriage

The Poosh creator says Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have not lived together after six months of marriage. This unusual status may change as property records show the couple jointly paid for their first home. Us Weekly reported the big рᴜrcҺɑse.

Conan O’Brien’s beachfront residence in Carpinteria, a little beach town near Santa Barbara and Montecito, was the property of choice.

Kardashian and Barker paid $14.5 miℓℓio𝚗 for their casually stylish new home, which was lower than O’Brien’s $16.5 miℓℓio𝚗 asking price but still higher than the $7.9 miℓℓio𝚗 he spent seven years earlier.

O’Brien “took it down to the studs” during his ownership. The 1950s beach shack features two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, a bonus room, loads of storage, and an attached carport.

Granite countertops and high-end stainless appliances serve a living/dining space with a metal fireplace and seaside views.

Both bedrooms include balconies with river views and large wooden decks for outdoor dining.

The modest main house has a two-story guesthouse with two bedroom suites, a living room, and a kitchenette with a breakfast bar.

This guesthouse is ideal for live-in employees or visiting family. The guesthouse has a two-car garage with a Tesla charging station and wide driveway gates for privacy.

On the roughly half-acre plot with 50 feet of ocean frontage, the two structures are surrounded by a tropical rainforest with up to a dozen mature palms and plenty of bougainvillea.

The Kardashian-Barker family’s closest new neighbors are Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Kevin Costner, and George Lucas.
