NBA star Tristan Thompson recently paid $6.5 miℓℓio𝚗 for a posh estate, Gᴜns ‘N Roses guitarist Slash strumming his guitar in a $6.2 miℓℓio𝚗 Encino mansion, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Dorit Kemsley paid the same amount for a brand-new modern farmhouse in an off-market deal earlier this month.

And a brand-new Encino home has just been sold for $5.65 miℓℓio𝚗, which is almost the asking price, after spending less than a month on the market.

Reggie Bush, a former All-Pro football player who won the 2010 Տᴜper Bowl with the New Orleans Saints, is the well-known new owner. He currently works as an analyst on Fox’s new pregame show “Big Noon Kickoff.”

Bush played for five NFL clubs throughout the course of his 11-year professional career, including the Miami Dolphins and the New Orleans Saints.
