Rich celebrities from all ages have recently drawn to Encino, a Los Angeles area that is getting more affluent.
NBA star Tristan Thompson recently paid $6.5 miℓℓio𝚗 for a posh estate, Gᴜns ‘N Roses guitarist Slash strumming his guitar in a $6.2 miℓℓio𝚗 Encino mansion, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Dorit Kemsley paid the same amount for a brand-new modern farmhouse in an off-market deal earlier this month.
And a brand-new Encino home has just been sold for $5.65 miℓℓio𝚗, which is almost the asking price, after spending less than a month on the market.
Reggie Bush, a former All-Pro football player who won the 2010 Տᴜper Bowl with the New Orleans Saints, is the well-known new owner. He currently works as an analyst on Fox’s new pregame show “Big Noon Kickoff.”
Bush played for five NFL clubs throughout the course of his 11-year professional career, including the Miami Dolphins and the New Orleans Saints.
His high-profile relationship with Kim Kardashian West in the late 2000s, which occurred before her second and third marriages and his marriage to dancer Lilit Avagyan, may, however, be the reason he is best known to pop culture devotees.
The listing claims that Bush’s “Modern Cape Cod” Encino estate, which has six ensuite bedrooms and 8,750 square feet of living space, was built by a local builder. A three-car garage and plenty of off-street parking are available in the motorcourt in front of the structure.
