Brazilian authorities have imposed a £2.6 мιllιon fine on Neymar for violating environmental regulations during the construction of his coastal mansion.

An artificial lake constructed at Neymar’s mansion has raised concerns and has led to consequences.

The issue began with a report of an environmental ᴠιоlation submitted to Mangaratiba City Hall. The trigger for this report was a video that Neymar shared on Instagram, which seemed to depict the artificial lake being built on his property.

Mangaratiba’s environmental authorities released a statement on Monday, confirming that violations of environmental regulations had taken place “in the construction of an artificial lake at the mansion.” This situation has resulted in the imposition of penalties.
