Senator Raphael Warnock Just Landed a New DC Mansion for Over $1 Million

Raphael Warnock won the Senate election in a close campaign. His next stop? a brand-new house in Washington, DC, which cost $1,150,000.

In a runoff special election in 2020, Warnock made history by becoming the state of Georgia’s first Black senator. By defeating Herschel Walker in a subsequent runoff, he replicated the feat in 2022 and won a full six-year term in Congress.

His new residence in the capital was recently refurbished and is modest by certain standards. There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread out over the 1,780-square-foot townhouse.

The new owner will enter the luxurious great room with an open floor plan after walking on freshly planted sod and grass as they approach the house.

The unit’s integrated living, dining, and kitchen areas flow well to the end, where a deck and a lovely view are located.

The row house, which is more than a century old, combines elegance with modern upgrades. The kitchen features quartz accents, new stainless-steel equipment, and a wine refrigerator.

Additionally, the bottom level, which has a bedroom, a second living area or den, and a complete bathroom, has a separate rear door.

But there’s no doubt that off-street parking, which this house has—two places, in fact—is the nicest perk in this city.

In addition to representing our country in Congress, Warnock serves as the senior pastor of Atlanta’s Ebenezer Baptist Church, where Martin Luther King Jr. once served as the pastor of.

Warnock also owns a luxurious property in his own state. The 3,000 square foot house in Atlanta has three bedrooms, two fireplaces, and a fenced backyard. It is situated on a third of an acre.
