Selena Gomez’s $2.7мillio𝚗 mansion: Outside like a 5-star resort, but inside is as magnificent as a palace. |
The price of singer Selena Gomez’s five-bedroom stone mansion in Fort Worth, Texas, has dropped by over $300,000. The 10,000-square-foot house, which was once marketed for $3 мillio𝚗, is now available for US$2.7 мillio𝚗.
The international pop star’s 1.5-acre mansion is located in the prestigious and gated Montserrat neighborhood on the west side of Fort Worth, Texas. The pop star’s song “Back to You” was chosen Song of the Summer by Rolling Stone in early July.
“Ms. Gomez’s Fort Worth property is truly magnificent,” asserts realtor Rick Wegman of Giordano, Wegman, Walsh and Associates, the Christie’s International Real Estate subsidiary representing the listing. The chance to buy one of the best estates in the city is once in a lifetime.
The house, which is entirely made of stone in shades of gray and blue and was designed and built to resemble the grand châteaux of southern France, is flanked by pillars that open to a drive with paver tiles and a European automobile court. The house was built in 2005, and the lot size is 1.56 acres.
From the automobile court, a winding path leads to a courtyard front entry with a flowing fountain. A grand staircase with wrought-iron railings and an enormous iron and glass entry door create a statement as soon as you enter the house. A spacious space with plenty of natural light is just past the door.
Beautiful columns connected by arches and groin vaults expertly create the open flow of the public spaces. Impressive beams emphasize vaulted ceilings, emphasizing the extraordinary architectural form and soaring ceiling heights.
Other interior features include a sophisticated formal dining room that is ideal for entertaining, highlighted by a handcrafted mantle enclosing an enormous fireplace, situated between calming sea green bookshelves. Travertine floors adorn a classic sunken living room.
The kitchen, an epicurean’s paradise, offers workspace and cooking tools for even the most fastidious chefs. A home gym, an eight-seat movie theater, and a study/music room are also included.
There is plenty of area for billiards, poker, and shuffleboard in the game room with a bar. There is also a confectionery bar and a home theater.
According to Rick Moeser, Executive Director of Christie’s International Real Estate, “The home is the ideal combination of form and function, perfect for large-scale entertaining while maintaining its casual elegance for more laid-back occasions with family and friends.” “I also like how the house emphasizes the chance for enjoyment and a lack of pretension. The home’s clever features, such as the candy bar in the theater, the large game room, and the crafts area, highlight the home’s applicability for daily life and enjoyment.
On the property’s grounds is a saltwater lagoon pool with a waterslide and cabana, a lighted tennis court and sports court, a guesthouse, a hidden patio, a putting green, and an outdoor kitchen.
