Lil Nas X poured money into the luxury interior of the million dollar mansion

Montero Hill, famously known as Lil Nas X among his miℓℓions of Instagram and TiƙToƙ followers, recently achieved the status of being a homeowner.

Newly uncovered documents геᴠеаl that the beloved 21-year-old artist, known for his unique blend of country and rap, has taken a leap to the valley. The Georgia native purchased a beautifully restored 1950s mansion in the serene neighborhood of Sherman Oaks, spending $2.4 million on the property.

During the past four years, the hillside estate underwent extensive renovations and was previously sold for just under $1 million in 2017. The historic road leading to the property guides visitors to a street-level two-car garage, featuring a glass front entrance with a waterfall cascading into a tranquil pond.

The spacious great room boasts wide-plank hardwood floors and separate dining and living areas, adorned with a linear fireplace nestled within a stone mantel. Recessed lights accentuate the all-white ceilings and walls, adding a touch of elegance to the space.

The kitchen is equipped with a sizable island, two ovens, and a wine fridge, catering to the culinary needs of the homeowner. A wide glass pocket door seamlessly connects the main living area to a balcony that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the San Fernando Valley skyline.

Each of the four bedrooms includes an ensuite full bathroom. Two of the rooms have been repurposed as a gym and an office, while the master bedroom features a private balcony that provides a bird’s-eye view of the surroundings. The adjoining bathroom boasts dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a custom-built walk-in closet, adding a touch of luxury to the space.

The listing intriguingly mentions a “ꜱеϲгеt room” within the house, adding an element of mysteгy to the property. Additionally, a wooden terrace overlooks the scenic skyline and features an elevated jacuzzi with pool and spa components, although a swimming pool is notably absent.

The buyer was represented by Myles Lewis of Compass, while Jeremy Daniels-Stock of Barefoot Realty listed the property.
