Kendall Jenner’s design team, comprised of Kathleen and Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez, were pleasantly surprised by their famous 24-year-old client’s taste. Contrary to their expectations, Jenner’s style leaned towards a bohemian and funky aesthetic, distinct from her family’s preferences.

Tommy shares, “Her taste was surprising, more understated and down-to-earth than we anticipated.” As the highest-paid model in the world, Jenner’s refined taste beyond her years delighted the team. Kathleen adds, “We were thrilled to discover that she has a discerning eye.”

Fernandez notes that although many individuals have been exposed to various influences, not everyone absorbs and resonates with them. However, Jenner stands out in her ability to absorb and identify what resonates with her.

Describing her vision for the home, Jenner appreciates houses with character and embraces the hybridized, pan-Mediterranean architecture found in Los Angeles, which exudes a peaceful Spanish-farmhouse vibe.

Given the chaos, travel, and high energy in her life, Jenner sought a serene sanctuary where she could relax and find solace. Two of the five bedrooms were transformed into glamorous dressing rooms without altering the structure of the building.

The living room reflects Jenner’s affinity for warm, organic textures, earthy tones, and comfortable furnishings. It features two large sofas adorned with vintage pillows and a cozy fireplace, providing ample space for guests. Jenner clarifies, “I don’t party much. I prefer playing music, lighting the fireplace and candles, and watching NBA games with my friends.”

Jenner also enjoys hosting and has become more involved in cooking since moving into her new home. She remarks, “I cook more in this house. I’ve been improving my cooking skills.” She credits her elder sisters, Kylie, and their wise mother, Kris Jenner, for providing valuable advice on optimizing her kitchen and bathroom spaces.

Recognizing that a home is always a work in progress, Jenner acknowledges the guidance and wisdom imparted by her siblings Kim, Kourtney, Khloé Kardashian, and her influential mother, Kris Jenner, who serves as the matriarch of the family.
