Cardi B Playfully Addresses Her Mustache: “Why You Think My Skills Are So Good?”
Cardi B has a cheeky response to an online comment regarding her facial hair. The rapper recently disclosed her occasional mustache upkeep during an interaction on social media.
After posting a seductive clip of herself on a platform known as “X,” a user decided to take a playful jab at Cardi, humorously suggesting that the 30-year-old “sports a mustache.”
In her characteristic playful manner, Cardi decided to set the record straight. She candidly confirmed her mustache and even humorously attributed it to her prowess in the bedroom, stating, “I do have a mustache. Why you think my skills are so good?”
It’s evident that Cardi B doesn’t shy away from addressing matters with her signature humor and candor.
Recently, Cardi B and her husband, rapper Offset, had reason to celebrate with the release of Offset’s highly anticipated sophomore solo album, “Set It Off,” which dropped on October 13. This marked Offset’s first release since his 2019 album, “Father of 4.” The album features collaborations with notable artists such as Travis Scott, Don Toliver, Future, Mango Foo, Latto, Young Nudy, and Chlöe, and it’s projected to make a strong debut in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart.
Cardi B herself is known to make appearances on two tracks of the album, “Freaky” produced by Tay Keith, and the lead single, “Jealousy.” The latter was released in July amidst rumors of romantic tensions within the couple and peaked at No. 55 on the Billboard Hot 100.
While fans have been eagerly awaiting new music from Cardi B, it’s been a journey for her to deliver a follow-up to her Grammy Award-winning 2018 debut album, “Invasion of Privacy.” Cardi attributes the delay to personal factors, including anxiety and the desire to create at her own pace.
She previously shared her struggles with making new music, stating, “When it comes to music and everything, I just feel like I don’t be liking anything… I feel like nothing is good enough… It’s just like, sometimes you don’t want to do something that gives you that much anxiety, so I just be freezing myself, but I have to let that go. I have to release more music — I have to go out there.”
In September, Cardi released her latest single, “Bongos,” featuring her “W.A.P.” collaborator Megan Thee Stallion. The song was accompanied by a lavish music video, shot on a budget of $2 million and earned a nomination for Best Video at the MTV Europe Music Awards.
