Rapper Polo G makes fans admire when he just owns a Mediterranean-style property that features a custom garage the size of a guesthouse with 14-foot-wide doors!
As the sun dips below the horizon, casting a magical glow over the sprawling estate, the 11,000-square-foot mansion comes to life. A mesmerizing sight, it boasts a sparkling pool, a private tennis court, and a garage with enough space for a jaw-dropping fleet of 14 cars.
Chatsworth, once a tranquil valley retreat, is fast becoming the epicenter of hip-hop royalty, attracting music icons like Swae Lee, YG, and DJ Mustard in recent years. And now, adding to this burgeoning trend, is rapper Polo G. With a real name as distinctive as his style, Taurus Bartlett, he’s made a resounding statement by acquiring a Mediterranean-style gem in the exclusive guard-gated community of Indian Falls Estates. The price tag? A cool $4.885 million.
This property, stretching across nearly two acres, has seen its fair share of real estate drama. Built in 2018, it embarked on a journey through the market, initially commanding $6.2 million before settling at $5 million. Polo G recognized its allure and secured this piece of paradise.
The mansion brims with opulent amenities, but what truly sets it apart is the garage. Beyond the standard two-car garage attached to the house, a separate custom garage, rivaling the size of a guesthouse, beckons. It flaunts 14-foot doors and space for an impressive fleet of 14 cars.
The grandeur unfolds as you approach the home through a circular driveway. It presents itself with six front-facing balconies, a double-door entry, and a grand foyer that boasts a sweeping staircase and floors adorned with porcelain. Inside, you’ll find a lavish spread of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms sprawling across almost 11,000 square feet.
Each room, it seems, is dedicated to extravagance, from the cavernous kitchen bedecked with colossal granite slabs to the two-story living room, complete with a custom bar, wine cellar, and a catwalk offering a lofty vantage point of the space below.
Outside, a symphony of covered patios graces the rear of the mansion, guiding you to the inviting swimming pool and an illuminated tennis court. Upstairs, terraces provide breathtaking views of the serene neighborhood.
Polo G’s journey to fame, marked by chart-toppers like “Finer Things” and “Pop Out,” culminated in the release of his debut album, “Die a Legend,” in 2019. His second album, “The Goat,” dropped in the past year, and at just 22 years old, he’s gearing up to unveil his third masterpiece, aptly titled “Hall of Fame,” in June.
Emil Hartoonian and Bryan Castaneda, both of The Agency, managed the listing, while Polo G was skillfully represented by Daniel Dill of Westside Estate Agency. As of now, neither party has offered comments on this extravagant acquisition, and who can blame them when their actions speak volumes?
