Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck happily share pictures of their new home after 2 years of searching

After an extensive two-year search, celebrity couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finally found their dream home—a magnificent mansion located in Beverly Hills, with a hefty price tag of 60,850,000 USD.

According to ET, the sprawling estate spans over 2 hectares, with a total built-up area of more than 4,000 square meters. The mansion boasts an impressive 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 15 fireplaces, exuding grandeur and luxury.

What sets this lavish residence apart is its indoor sports complex, featuring a basketball court, handball court, gym, boxing ring, and a bar. Additionally, the property includes a 460-square-foot guest attic, a two-bedroom guardhouse, and a 12-car garage with ample parking space for up to 80 vehicles.

Nestled in the backyard is a sprawling V-shaped swimming pool, adding to the allure and charm of the property. This luxurious oasis provides the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.

Initially listed for a staggering $135 million in June 2018, the property’s price gradually decreased over time. Earlier this month, it was listed for $75 million, but Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck negotiated a further reduction, ultimately securing the mansion for nearly $61 million.

TMZ reported that the power couple wasted no time and swiftly completed the purchase, finalizing the agreement within just a week. On May 31, Jennifer and Ben moved into their new villa, as captured by paparazzi who photographed a team of movers transporting sofas, tables, chairs, and a plethora of furniture across the mansion’s courtyard.

This opulent residence not only reflects the star couple’s luxurious lifestyle but also symbolizes their reunion after years apart. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have once again found love and are now embarking on a new chapter together in their stunning Beverly Hills mansion.
