Pharrell William does not hesitate to spend a large amount of money up to 14 million to buy a unique greenhouse

Pharrell Williams has recently sold his ultra-modern house in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for a whopping $14 million, giving up the property that he purchased from Tyler Perry two years ago at a loss of $15.6 million. Initially listed for $16.95 million in March, the house found a buyer at the slightly reduced price.

Situated on a knoll along Mulholland Drive, this four-acre gated mansion provides an extraordinary retreat from the bustling city below. The residence is a visual marvel, with its sleek glass exterior enveloped by enchanting koi ponds, cascading waterfalls, well-manicured gardens, and a captivating grotto-style swimming pool and tennis court.

Spanning three stories and boasting a generous 17,000 square feet, the home comprises an impressive array of features, including 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a 200-foot driveway. Upon entering, one is greeted by a sky-lit atrium adorned with indoor fountains and gallery-white walls, artfully divided by a sculptural staircase.

The chef’s kitchen exudes elegance with its golden lights, while the formal dining area showcases a meticulously crafted crystal chandelier. A wet bar, billiards room, and a lounge with ample natural light streaming through the windows provide additional spaces for relaxation and entertainment.

The master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat, complete with a spa-like bathroom, an architectural office featuring warm wood accents, and a cozy fireplace. Outside, carefully landscaped lookouts offer breathtaking views of the city skyline and the surrounding canyons.

Pharrell Williams, widely known as Pharrell, has made a name for himself as a singer, rapper, producer, and fashion designer. His illustrious career includes the founding of musical groups such as the Neptunes and N.E.R.D. in the mid-1990s, and he has amassed an impressive collection of accolades, including 13 Grammy Awards and two Oscar nominations—one for his popular song “Happy” and another for his production work on the film “Hidden Figures.”

Notably, Williams also listed the Skyline Residence, an impressive glass-covered complex nestled in the Hollywood Hills, for $11.95 million during the summer, further showcasing his penchant for extraordinary and distinctive properties.

The sale of Williams’ Beverly Hills Post Office house was facilitated by the esteemed Westside Estate Agency’s Kurt Rappaport and Drew Meyers, while the buyer was represented by agent Mauricio Umansky.
