The apartment filled with memories and sadness of Diddy and ex-girlfriend Kim Porter is officially for sale

Diddy is seeking $7 million for one of his two Los Angeles properties, a classic clapboard-sided home built in 2006. Despite its previous sale for $5.3 million in 2009, the music mogul never personally resided in the residence.

Instead, the mansion served as the home of Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, who was the mother of four of his six children. Tragically, Porter passed away in the house in November 2018.

Listing photos showcase the vacant interiors of this East Coast traditional-style home. The only remaining item belonging to Porter appears to be a 2011 Cadillac Escalade parked in the driveway.

Situated on a half-acre lot, the estate offers privacy through its gated, fenced, and secured premises. Notable neighbors in the lush Toluca Lake area include Sia, Viola Davis, Steve Carell, and Billy Ray Cyrus, all residing on the neighborhood’s finest street.

Adjacent to the property, “Once Upon a Time” star Jennifer Morrison and “This Is Us” creator Dan Fogelman own a house, while the neighboring property previously owned by Miley Cyrus is now occupied by oil heir Nats Getty and his wife, transgender YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous.

Described as a “stunning traditional,” the Porter estate listing highlights the home’s grandeur and suggests that it awaits the next owner’s personal touch in terms of updated finishes.

The expansive residence spans approximately 10,000 square feet and boasts six bedrooms, each equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Guests are greeted by a double-height foyer featuring a captivating crystal chandelier, checkerboard marble floors, and a gracefully curved staircase.

Most of the home showcases lustrous ebony hardwood floors, including a sizable living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen furnished with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a screening room, and an upstairs primary bedroom suite featuring a private balcony, fireplace, and spa-style bath.

The property offers a charming outdoor space with beautiful sycamore trees, meticulously trimmed boxwood hedges, a sports court, a backyard fireplace, an al fresco dining loggia, a dark-bottomed swimming pool, a raised jacuzzi, and a Baja sundeck.

With a net worth of $800 million, Diddy has the means to acquire almost any mansion. In addition to this property, the mogul owns a $39 million house in Holmby Hills and two side-by-side estates on Miami’s prestigious Star Island: a 13,000-square-foot mansion purchased in 2003 and a recently acquired $35 million property previously owned by Gloria Estefan.
